Work: I’m especially thrilled about this project because of my belief and support for Jesuit education in my home country of Micronesia. Having been a Jesuit myself for a good part of my impressionable years, I have some history with this small school. I spent three years as a Jesuit scholastic teaching and managing campus ministry from 1991-1994. I have since left the Jesuit life and gotten married. In 2003 my wife and I returned to Xavier to serve as administrators with Fr. Arthur Leger, SJ. I had helped to redesign their website at that time, but then with frequent staff turnovers, nothing was done. The last updates on the website was in 2004. Fast forward to 2010, the new director Fr. Rich McAuliff, SJ wanted redesign the website to incorporate the various elements of their fundraising and information-sharing, social networking, and outreach efforts.

Greetings and welcome to Xavier High School, home of the Navigators. We invite you to climb aboard our virtual canoe for a journey through the Micronesian islands. Our 62-year old journey among these Pacific island nations continues with even more zeal and commitment. As a Catholic school steeped in the Jesuit tradition of excellence, we aspire to form the whole person intellectually, physically, emotionally, culturally, academically, and spiritually.
